PEAK SEASON REFUND POLICY (1 DECEMBER TO 14 JANUARY)

As per the contract that you signed for December boarding, you are unfortunately not entitled to a refund if you cancel.


OUT OF PEAK SEASON REFUND POLICY (15 JANUARY - 30 NOVEMBER)

CANCELLATIONS MADE:

  • 30 days or more, prior to arrival date = Full Refund minus 25 % Admin Fee.
  • 15 – 29 days prior to arrival date = 50% Refund.
  • 7-14 days prior to arrival date = 25% Refund.
  • 0-6 days prior to arrival date = 0% Refund.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION

We Require the following documents, Please bring them with, so that we can make copies for our records. You can also Fax or E-Mail to us.

  • 1. Your ID, as we will need to make a copy for our records.
  • 2. Copies of pet's vaccination certificates.
